This aircraft was purchased and built up for backcountry exploring. We specifically looked for a low time corrosion free airframe to start this project and then started upgrading with the best options available. The plan was for the owner to get their instrument rating and then repaint the aircraft and then eventually install the Airplanes IO-550 setup to complete the project. Plans have changed and the owner wants to sell it in its current status. This is a very nice aircraft and has had extensive work done to it over the last couple of years. We have an extra copilot door with opening window that we were planning to install when the paint was done. Buy and fly as is or continue with the upgrades and you will have an incredible beast of a 182!
